Vegan Tzatziki made easy

Tzatziki is that popular Greek yogurt sauce with cucumbers and lots of garlic. In Turkey known as cacik. 

 

It all stands or falls with the quality of the vegan yogurt. Now I have the best recipe ever I'd like to share with you. Quick & easy to prepare, and as great as non-vegan tzatziki for sure.

There is nothing better than some chili oil with your dim sum or fried noodles when eating out in a Chinese restaurant!

 

Why not having this hot delight at home, when you are cooking Chinese food?

 

Yes, you can buy it at the Chinese supermarket, but then it's normally loaded with MSG or other unwanted, artificial ingredients. So, roll your sleeves up, because chili oil is easy to make at home at the quality you want it!
