If you are out & about in Barcelona as a vegan, you have good chances finding something vegan to eat in many places. 

Restaurants which have specialized on vegetarians and vegans are many to find in Barcelona, if you know where to look out for.

Here are the most important and best places for vegans to eat and drink plantbased, to get happy, and stay healthy.

Berlin is the capital of Germany and the biggest city of Germany, too. Berlin has got the widest and best offer of vegan food in supermarkets, bars, restaurants, cafés and more. Therefore, Berlin is the vegan capital of Germany.

In my first Vegan Raid, I introduce some vegan spots and specials that are typical for this particular city.

Berlin food culture combines traditional German cuisine from the areas around Berlin as well as many international cuisines - foremost the Turkish, Italian, Russian, and also many Asian cuisines, which were brought in from migrants coming to Berlin all over the past years.

Today I'd like to introduce you to my TOP 3 restaurants in London, Notting Hill, I'm frequenting for decades on regular basis.

These restaurants are not soley vegan, because I was not vegan, even not vegetarian since I was started frequenting them. But they all have vegan offers today.

I'm a regular there and the owners know my face well. These restaurants won't be missed, every time I come back to London Notting Hill, the place where my soul feels like home. I just cannot wait to get back there again to those special places.

60 Seconds to Napoli is another German restaurant chain serving the best pizza Napoli style. I visited their restaurant in Essen with a friend to see, how good they really are.

Noori & I know the 485 Grad restaurants in Cologne from several visits with our friends. We just love it, and we love pizza!

This is our very first time, we ate at 60 Seconds to Napoli. We were very curious, what we would find...

Today, eatDOORI opened its first restaurant in Düsseldorf near the Düsseldorf main station on Immermann Street, which is famous for its variety of Asian culture.

The restaurant is located in the newly built house, where formerly used to be a monastry. Huge ads on the door announced what's up to come here soon, and was curious like hell to taste it. eatDOORI is the second restaurant chain to come to Düsseldorf, but this chain seems to have the potential to go international.

485 Grad (= 485 degrees Celsius) is a genuine concept bringing real Napolitanian pizza together with high quality wines.

And all is really natural, regional and mostly organic - without any artificial stuff.

Vegetarians will find some great offers here everytime.

The Churchill Arms on the border from London's Notting Hill to South Kensington is my second favourite pub in London and my favourite Thai restaurant, when it comes to value for money eating in London. 

The pub is very lovingly decorated and the Thai restaurant in the back of the pub looks more like a small greenhouse. It's all very cosy and comfortable there. I never missed going there when in London. 

In Berlin-Charlottenburg, not too far away from the famous Ku'Damm, you may find one of the best Chinese Restaurants in Berlin - if not even in Germany. 

It's well frequented by Asians and Westerners as well and you better book a table - especially in the evening hours. I'm a regular there since 1996, and it remained my favourite in Germany when it comes to Chinese restaurants.
