Spaghetti Aglio e Olio my way

One of the most popular Italian pasta dishes - Spaghetti Aglio e Olio - is traditionally vegan. Steaming hot spaghetti, olive oil, crushed garlic, some chilli and some fresh parsley - that's it! Simple and awesome.

 

I like to do some variations on this classic pasta dish from time to time. Here is my version of Spaghetti AOP:

Do you already know vegan pizza bianca?

During my latest restaurant review I saw an interesting pizza, that looked simply awesome, but it was only vegetarian. I wanted that pizza so bad, I created a vegan version of it. My first attempt was not bad. Here is the result!

 

This is a so-called white pizza - a pizza bianca, because it has no tomato sauce on it. I invite you to try it. Enjoy!
