In Berlin-Charlottenburg, not too far away from the famous Ku'Damm, you may find one of the best Chinese Restaurants in Berlin - if not even in Germany.
It's well frequented by Asians and Westerners as well and you better book a table - especially in the evening hours. I'm a regular there since 1996, and it remained my favourite in Germany when it comes to Chinese restaurants.

While studying in the mid-nineties in Berlin, a chef and friend of mine at that time highly recommended the Good Friends to me. So I went there to try it out...and I came back on regular basis since then.
Good Friends offers you a huge variety of original Cantonese cuisine. They have a special lunch offer as well as a daily menu with a couple of special offers at hand. The service is quick & efficient. Their kitchen was great and flawless all the years, so I gladly returned time and time again, while visiting Berlin quite frequently.
According to a German travel guide tripadvisor, the Good Friends is even considered the best Chinese restaurant in Germany.
I have Good Friends in Berlin
The menu with over 300 positions has a special page for vegetarians. As the staff to prepare the dish in a vegan version for you, if you like. The highlight is a good choice of Chinese kale / cabbage being offered. Even water spinach is available.
My personal favourite is the tofu with salt and pepper. Just a so simple and so great dish!
I wish they had more veggie dim sums on their dim sim menu. There is just one savoury and one sweet dim sum to find.
